The manufacture and supply of activated carbon is the totality of our bsuiness and consequently we are committed to the development of activated carbon products and markets to realise our long term development aims. Based in Lancashire, with 100 years of experience, Chemviron Carbons supply a full range of activated charcoal, manufactured from coal, coconut and wood. The company's strategy is to develop activated carbon technology and products.

The Challenge

In 2000, Director John Ross was introduced to it4, as an alternative to Chemviron's current I.T. Outsourced Support Service- whose reliability and performance were being re-evaluated.

it4 were awarded a trial period in which to prove themselves, of which John says:
