Langtree is a specialist in urban renewal, operating as a developer and investor with a large mixed portfolio of properties across the UK. Their UK- wide property portfolio of over 3.5 million sq ft provides mix-use accommodation for businesses large and small.

They have a reputation as a leading provider of managed industrial and commercial property for SME's. They are steered by headquarters in Newton Le Willows, Merseyside, and are today served nationally by three regional offices- North West, East and Midlands.

The Problem

Langtree needed a reliable I.T. firm to be based at their new business centre in Newton Le Willows, to provide I.T. support services to their tenants at Centrix House and to give them access to first class internet access.

The Solution

it4 designed and installed the structured data cabling into Centrix House during the building process, allowing future tenants to have access to voice and data services. it4 then provided high speed internet access to all of the tenants through the use of the structured cabling.
it4 were chosen to have engineers on-site to manage the data services, allowing tenants to move in with ease. it4 are also available to provide I.T. support to tenants within the building giving Centrix House the edge over other business centres.
